The Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA) is providing an update following an accident that occurred in the southeast area of the province last night, near Round Lake.
We can confirm that 15 people were treated in hospital, with no life-threatening injuries. At last update, nine people have been discharged. We are unable to provide any further details on the location of those who remain in hospital in order to respect the privacy of the patients involved, in accordance with provincial legislation.
We would like to thank our ground EMS crews for their quick response to the scene, as well as all emergency responders and healthcare providers who were involved in the exceptional care of the patients affected by this accident.
