It is with deep sadness and regret that the
Saskatchewan Health Authority and the Paramedic Services Chiefs of Saskatchewan
confirm the death of Leigh Schroeder, a Primary Care Paramedic with the
Saskatchewan Health Authority EMS in Meadow Lake. Mr. Schroeder lost his life
while responding to an EMS call on Friday, October 25, 2019.
A Memorial Service will take place at Living Hope
Alliance Church, 3800 Green Falls Drive, Regina, SK on Sunday, November 3, 2019
at 2 p.m.
Uniformed personnel of all services are encouraged
to attend in full order dress with medals.
As the Living Hope Alliance Church may not be able
to accommodate everyone who is interested and able to attend the ceremony,
there is a plan to live stream the memorial service. Please follow the Regina
Paramedics with Heart on Facebook or the Paramedic Services Chiefs of
Saskatchewan on Twitter for details about an alternate location in Regina to
join others viewing the service.
To assist our organizers to plan accordingly, we
respectfully ask EMS, Police and Fire personnel and/or agencies to RSVP via

indicate the service you are representing and the number of personnel that are
Living Hope Alliance Church will also be providing
a live stream of the memorial service via their You Tube channel, the location
of which will be disclosed prior to the memorial service.
