All patients coming from communities or health facilities that are being considered areas of concern for COVID-19 will be placed on droplet/contact plus precautions for 14 days from their last exposure.
This includes patients, residents and clients coming to outpatient settings, emergency departments, all new inpatient admissions, continuing care, EMS, home care and primary care.

Communities and health facilities may be added or removed from this list at the discretion of the local Medical Health Officer based on current epidemiology and risk assessment.
The list includes those currently considered to facilities or communities of concern for COVID-19 (if the entire community is considered to of concern).
This information in the list will be considered current for 24 hours from the date posted.
