As part of the SHA’s commitment to Patient and Family Centred Care, a Public Experience COVID-19 survey has been launched. The COVID-19 pandemic has significantly impacted the way people live and work, including how healthcare is accessed and delivered.
The survey includes questions about how patients and/or family members have experienced healthcare during the pandemic.
Feedback will help SHA in:
- highlighting the patient experience,
- sharing stories through the patient lens,
- understand what has worked well, and
- identify areas where improvements can be made
The survey is open for a limited time to all residents of Saskatchewan over the age of 16, including those who may have experienced care for COVID-19 or other illnesses, or have received medical attention during the pandemic.
