Physical Activity Readiness (Par-Q+) Form
Par-Q+: We recommend that all new participants fill out the Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire Form and should talk to their doctor if there is anything that is identified as being a health concern and they have not screened back in on the Par-Q+.
Staying on your Feet
Falls represent a major threat to the health status and independence of older adults. The good news is that falls are predictable and preventable. Don’t let the fear of falling prevent you from being physically active because inactivity will actually increase your risk of falling.
