How does it work?
Sign into your myMobile account to fill out the health questionnaires and put in your vitals (blood pressure, heart rate, temperature, etc.).
Your answers and vitals are sent directly to your health-care provider to see. They can give you support remotely or follow-up with a phone call if needed.
