SHA Branded Templates
Consistency is key to a strong visual identity right down to the smallest detail. Use these templates and follow these guidelines as a starting point for your project, and add your unit’s customization within these parameters. If you require assistance or direction, please contact Communications.
All materials are to follow these standards:
Microsoft Publisher will reach its end of life in October 2026 and will no longer be supported after this date. All departments/portfolios will need to convert their Publisher files to an alternate format before October 2026. Please see the Work Standard below for step-by-step instructions on converting Publisher files to Word or PowerPoint formats.

The templates are provided in MS Word or MS PowerPoint formats. MS Word templates have been designed to support black and white printing as the most cost effective printing option for internal communications. Some templates are available for coloured printing.
To save a copy, right-click the link of the template you want and select [Save Target As...].
Note: The templates have been designed with specific margins in place. Do not adjust spacing within in headers, footers or margins. Some template files contain multiple template variations (i.e., business cards). Please use the one you need and delete the other variations.
Business Cards can be printed through SHA Printing Services. Business card templates will be available in a format other than Publisher at a later date.
These PowerPoint templates are to be used for any presentation given by Saskatchewan Health Authority employees. It is important that the SHA is identified throughout the presentation to ensure consistent branding.
Use the provided PowerPoint templates instead of recreating templates and layout. This reduces variance in our identity. Please choose the template style that is most relevant for your project.
You can also use the pre-populated general PowerPoint presentation about the SHA or use these SHA core messages to create your own.
Administrative template standards
- The logo for the SHA appears on all forms and consists of the wordmark on the top left side and the title of the form on the top right of the page.
- The form name should always appear justified right in top right of page and be set all uppercase in 40 point in all caps in Calibri bold. However, the font size of the form name can be adjusted to fit horizontally within top header.
- Body copy of the form is set in Calibri (font is universally available) and is in 11 point. Calibri bold italics can be used when emphasizing a point or quote.
- The main information table (in fax, agenda and memos templates) is 12 point font. The static information field is in Calibri bold. The content of the fields should be in Calibri. Subsequent table information is 11 point Calibri. Body content is 11 point Calibri.
- The grayscale version of the SHA logo is to be used with when printed materials are limited solely to grayscale (black and white) production/printing. Consider many areas only have access to black and white printing. Black and white printing for internal documents is more cost-effective then requiring recipients to print materials in colour.
- All information is printed in 100% black.
- When issuing documents that do not require editing by recipients (memos, agendas etc.), every effort should be made to make these a PDF for distribution. This is to ensure proper resolution of the logo and maintain the integrity of your content.
Please refer to Administrative Template Specifications for more information on using these templates.
