Staff Safety Reporting
Previously known as the Staff Safety Incident Reporting page.
Reporting staff safety incidents, near misses, and good catches helps identify hazards, prevent injuries and support safer workplaces across the Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA).
Why Report & What to Report
Coming Soon: MySafetyReporting
A new Staff Safety reporting system that will provide a more consistent and accessible way to report. The new system is designed to support improved follow-up, greater transparency and the identification of workplace hazards and opportunities for prevention.
Learn More About MySafetyReporting:
MySafetyReporting is being implemented across SHA in phases. View the MySafetyReporting Implementation and Go-Live Dates resource to find the scheduled go-live date for your area and learn when your current staff safety reporting process will transition to MySafetyReporting.
Note: Until MySafetyReporting goes live in your area, continue using your current staff safety reporting process below. Hazards, incidents and safety concerns should continue to be reported throughout the transition.
