About Content Editors
The Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA) website uses a decentralized publishing workflow. This means portfolios/departments are responsible for updating and maintaining their own web content.
Content Editors can create, edit, and remove content on their portfolio/department's webpages. Content Editors and their managers accept accountability and responsibility for their online content. This includes responding to questions from the public and media outlets on what is posted online.
Content Editors must have the technical skills and aptitude required to manage online content. This includes staying up-to-date on SHA online processes and standards, and implementing best practice web writing principles.
Content Editors not well-suited for the role may be flagged as requiring further training or replacement.
