ICRA - Check-ins for Clinical Teams
The ICRA Check-ins are intended to be used in huddles, wall walks, DVM, touchpoints, etc. (Whatever way you communicate with your staff on a daily basis.) Conversations should take place multiple times each week to ensure the largest number of staff receive the information. After use, the resources can then posted in your staff communication areas.
