Reportable Communicable Disease Notification Processes
For SHA HCWs identified by Public Health (PH) as a probable case of Measles, a Person Under Investigation (PUI), or a confirmed case of Viral Hemorrhagic Fever/Ebola Disease (VHF/EBOD), and who were working during their communicable period, PH should immediately notify Staff Safety Manager-on-call at 306-766-7247.
