Fall Prevention and Injury Reduction Program Roll Out
The Fall Prevention and Injury Reduction Program is a provincial program that will replace all former health region fall prevention and injury reduction programs, documents, policies, and procedures.
- The Clinical Standard is for all service streams across the SHA.
- There are Clinical Procedures for different services lines - refer to the specific service line sections below for further information.
- Primary Health Care clinical procedure will be developed following the implementation of the Acute Care Falls Prevention and Injury Reduction Program.
