General Clinical Document - Templates
How to Use the Templates
Documents on these templates are NOT to be distributed widely until approved by Clinical Standards and assigned a number.
- Follow the guidance directly on the templates.
- Once final draft is complete, send with the submission form to Clinical Standards.
- Use the PowerPoint template for any MyConnection (Thinkific) learning modules.
If a template does not support your document, contact clinicalstandards@saskhealthauthority.ca for guidance.
Transition to Non-Publisher Templates
- Currently published documents using Publisher can remain as is until a revision is needed. At that time, transition your document to the applicable new non-publisher template found below.
- If you are currently developing a document in Publisher, it is up to your discretion if to transition to new template now or when the document requires revisions.
- As of October 2026, no documents on Publisher templates will be accepted for review/approval for publishing to the SHA Intranet.
