Long-Term Care Purposeful Interactions

Purposeful Interactions, also known as Purposeful Rounding, focuses on relationship-based care. It takes the emphasis away from task orientated work. This is completed through the continued emphasis on the best quality interaction with each person, understanding them as an individual with their own needs and providing them with choices. This page includes materials and resources for staff education and huddle talks.
