Wellbeing - Recovery Support Services
The Grow section offers programs and resources aimed at supporting and growing healthy physical, psychological, and emotional practices that foster wellbeing and resilience and help us better handle adversity. A short description and a menu of resources is available below.
Online Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Online therapy programs allow people to overcome the barriers of receiving face-to-face therapy by delivering safe, effective, patient-friendly treatment materials over the internet.
The following programs are available to Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA) employees.
LIFT Virtual Fitness
LIFT Virtual Fitness is provided to Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA) employees through TELUS HEALTH. Our Wellness Program is designed to provide employees with many incentives to take charge of their overall wellbeing all the while enjoying access to many resources. In partnership with LIFT session, here is what you will have access to:
- Self-Guided Workouts. Access hundreds of workouts in a digital app customized to your fitness level and goals. Workouts adapt as you progress, to make sure you are always challenged in new ways
- Live Coach Chat. Receive expert advice related to fitness, nutrition, mindfulness, recovery and a variety of other topics. It's like having a personal trainer at your fingertips!
How to sign up for LIFT session:
To create your LIFT session account, please use the following link: LifeWorks - LIFT If you already have an existing account, simply select the Login option.
Download the app from the App Store or Google Play Store and login.
Complete a short fitness assessment.
Start your custom fitness journey and chat with our fitness experts for any questions.
If you have any general LIFT platform questions, please use the Live Coach Chat function within the Web Portal or the mobile app, or send an email to LIFT-info@lifespeak.com.
If you experience any difficulties accessing the platform, please submit a case by navigating to MyConnection → using the search bar on the main page → searching for "MyWellbeing Inquiry" → and submitting a case titled "LIFT Account Access Support."
Mental Health Assessment (Self- assessment) – CIPSRT
The Canadian Institute for Public Safety (CIPSRT) help current and former public safety personnel, their leaders, and their families to maintain and improve their mental health and well-being.
