Wellbeing
Our wellbeing model supports your health and wellbeing, so you can care for others. Wellbeing consists of emotional, physical, social, and mental wellness.
- It reflects how we are doing right now.
- It's affected by health, environment, relationships, and purpose.
- Wellbeing ebbs and flows with internal and external factors.
Four Interconnected Dimensions of Wellbeing
Wellbeing is interconnected
Support in one area can offset challenges in another.
Wellbeing is personal
Reflect on your unique needs, values, and sources of meaning. Incorporate these deeper aspects to create a tailored plan for wellbeing.
SHA Wellbeing Service Continuum
The Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA) offers a range of services along a wellbeing continuum, recognizing that our state of wellbeing fluctuates depending on what we're facing emotionally, mentally, socially, and physically.
