Strength Development Inventory
Course Description
Strength Deployment Inventory (SDI) is a LEADS based professional development course designed for SHA managers who are currently responsible for leading a team. This course is delivered through self-study with pre-assessment reflection, interactive virtual facilitated workshops, and joining a Community of Practice (CoP) for 90 days following the main sessions.
SDI provides resources and guided discussions that, when practiced and role modelled by leaders, can be transformational for a leader’s own self-awareness, which can translate into greater effectiveness through relationships.
The course is organized into cohorts and participants will learn alongside the same group of leaders throughout. A cohort approach provides opportunities for relationship building, networking and contributes to an environment where participants regularly learn from the insights and lived experiences of others in the course.
