MyGrief.ca
Losing someone close to you is very challenging. Grief can even start before the loss. MyGrief.ca, developed by Canadian Virtual Hospice, offers supportive resources and learning tools to help with the loss or impending loss a loved one, a pregnancy, a colleague, or friend. It also provides supportive resources for how to care for yourself during this period of your life.
Canadian Virtual Hospice also offers grief resources for Kids and Youth.
Saskatchewan Prevention Institute
Raising children can be challenging. The Saskatchewan Prevention Institute provides resources to support the development of health children.
With resources on all topics that affect the development of children, including domestic violence, substance use, and sexual health, the Saskatchewan Prevention Institute offers written resources, learning sessions and webinars to ensure all Saskatchewan residents have the opportunity to raise health children.
