Wellbeing and resilience go hand-in-hand. Wellbeing reflects how we're doing right now. Resilience is the set of practices, habits and routines that help us renew, recover, and stay grounded when demands are high.
These resources and toolkits bring together bite-sized practices, learning conversations, resources, and videos to support you and your team.
Resilience Assessment (7 minutes)
Discover your resilience strengths, build practical wellbeing habits, and help shape SHA's approach to supporting you and your colleagues.
The Resilience Institute Global v5 Assessment is a seven-minute, evidence-based tool that provides instant, personalized insight into your resilience strengths and areas for support. It highlights practical habits that strengthen physical, emotional, mental, and social wellbeing.
Participation is voluntary and open to all SHA staff. Individual responses are confidential and handled directly by the Resilience Institute Global. SHA receives only anonymized, aggregate data to guide organizational wellbeing programs and supports.

Timeline
- Baseline Assessment: Open now through March 2026
- Weekly Practice Videos: January - May short sessions shared in Daily Rounds
- Follow-Up Assessment: Launches June 1 to allow you to repeat the assessment to see if things changed.

This assessment is a reflection tool to support your wellbeing journey. While most people find it helpful, some questions or results may prompt unexpected feelings, and that's okay. Remember, this provides insight and guidance, not a clinical diagnosis.

The Resilience Institute Global operates under GDPR standards to ensure your information remains secure. Your personal responses are not shared with SHA. Only aggregated, anonymous data informs organizational insights.

Wellbeing in 13 minutes (Virtual Sessions)
A short, voluntary 13-minute session designed for busy healthcare environments. Each session acknowledges the realities of work, introduces one or two practical wellbeing practices, and share information about available supports and tools. Participants also receive simple materials to share during huddles or post on team huddle boards.
