The Privacy & Access department promotes the protection of privacy and access to information throughout the Saskatchewan Health Authority.

To learn more about how we protect your personal health information see our Privacy & Access page on the public website. Please visit our Health Information Services (Health Records) page to request your health record and for further information about your health.

To express a concern about privacy and confidentiality contact our office.

Health Networks

To determine what network your community belongs to & the area Privacy Officer, use this map and do the following:

• Check the “health networks” box on the right-hand side, and uncheck all other boxes.
• Type in the community name into the “Address Search” bar and click on the magnifying glass.
• Click the name of the community from the drop down box.  A red location pin will mark the community on the map.
• Zoom out with the magnifying glass icon to see the health network where that community belongs.

Click the health network, and the name of the area Privacy Officer will populate.
