Practitioner Governance

The SHA Practitioner Staff Bylaws establish the framework for practitioner appointments, credentialing, privileging, practitioner responsibilities, professional conduct and practitioner staff governance within the Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA).

Practitioner Staff Affairs administers the appointment, credentialing, privileging and reappointment processes governed by the Bylaws.
