Immunization Campaign Communications Toolkit

Purpose of the kits: 

• The immunization campaign officially launches October 7, with clinics beginning to provide immunizations on October 14.
• The Operational (Main) Toolkit is designed to be used by YOU to promote the immunization program, including general promotion directing to 4flu.ca, and promotion of specific booked and walk-in clinics. The Long-term Care Toolkit is designed to promote immunizations in long-term care settings.
• Please note that some of the files in these toolkits include multiple pages. You can choose to use one or all pages when printing your materials. Each page has a different photo, so you can choose which option(s) meet the needs of you and your target audience.
• All publisher files are customizable.
• Whenever possible, please replace pre-launch materials with materials from these toolkits.

  • Posters, clinic listing templates and postcards translated into seven different languages (Arabic, Cree, Dari, Dene, French, Michif, Ukranian)
• Long-term Care Toolkit
  • 8.5 x 11 poster — 4 image options to choose from

• These materials have been created for the provincial campaign. Local advertising is optional and is to be done with approval from local leadership. If customized materials are required, please work with a vendor of your choosing.
