The Insulin Dose Adjustment clinical procedure establishes the Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA) requirements for health care providers implementing Insulin Dose Adjustment (IDA) for patients living independently in the community and Long Term Care. This does not apply to patients in acute care settings.
