Manager Orientation Program
Course description
The Manger Orientation Program is a two-day, in-person program designed to deepen understanding, application, and confidence with SHA resources, processes, and policies that are introduced in the Manager Foundations and Management Essential programs. Stepping into a manager role can feel intimidating and exciting, involves a significant learning process, and is ultimately very rewarding. Managers will have an opportunity to ask questions to SHA experts, enhance their comfort with SHA tools, and expand their network of system partners and colleagues.
