Clinical Document Development
Provincial work encouraged
Clinical Standards encourages provincial development of clinical documents and resources. Working collectively across SHA reduces duplication of work and supports consistent, high‑impact improvements for patients and families. While provincial development may feel different than former local processes, it follows the same steps—with broader reach and shared benefit.
PILOT, DRAFT, TRIAL Clinical Documents
- All clinical documents, even if to initially be utilized in" PILOT", "DRAFT", or "TRIAL" format are to undergo the Clinical Document Development process and be approved by the applicable approval process prior to being used.
