Key Reminders for Hiring Leaders
Leaders play a critical role in ensuring our new hires have a safe and successful start with the SHA. To avoid delays, it's essential that standard onboarding processes are followed in a timely manner.
Key Hiring Reminders:
- Please provide your new hire with the Resources for New Hires, to support them in understanding their role in the process and avoid delays.
- Everyone has a role to play - new hires, hiring leaders, and the supporting teams like HR, eHS, and others. Timely execution of these processes is required to ensure a new hire can begin their online orientation on the start date identified in their letter of offer.
- SHA New Hire General Orientation is mandatory for new external hires on their start date.
