        Accommodations and Attendance Management is a department within Human Resources, under the Organizational Development Employee Wellness portfolio. AAM reports to a Provincial Director and Executive Director and is divided into four areas.
        • Accommodation
          The Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA) Accommodation Program provides a formalized process to support SHA ill or injured employees who are temporarily or permanently unable to perform their full regular duties.
        • Attendance Management
          The purpose of the Attendance Support program is to assist employees to maintain regular attendance at work and to establish the process for consistent and reasonable administration of the program throughout the SHA.
