Suicide Prevention – Clinical Resources

The Suicide Risk Assessment and Management in Mental Health and Addictions Services Clinical Procedure (CS-CP-0094) is posted for TRAINING September 24, 2026, with a planned effective date of January 12, 2027. 

The Suicide Prevention Program Clinical Standard (CS-CS-0021) was implemented December 1, 2025.

The following resources are available for teams to support implementation.
