Have you received approval to develop your learning module in MyConnection?

Development Resources
Final Submission Process to Clinical Standards (including revisions)
Submit the following to Clinical Standards once MyConnection Learning Module is complete and ready to publish:
- MyConnection Learning Module Checklist (SHA 0550) - completed and signed
- If revision, provide summary of changes on back of checklist or in email with submission
- Permissions for any copyrighted material used in the learning module
Once received, Clinical Standards will issue a catalogue number (CS-LM-XXXX) to be placed on the learning module.
- Clinical Standards Document Management - Catalogue Numbering System - how to add a catalogue number to the module.
Publishing the Module
- Publish the module once the catalogue number has been added.
- Organizational Culture will send Clinical Standards the published version for retention in the Clinical Standards Archive for audit purposes.
Revisions After Publishing to MyConnection
- Complete Clinical Document Revision/Archive Request Form (SHA 0233) below including the summary of changes.
- Organizational Culture will send Clinical Standards the revised version for retention in the Clinical Standards Archive for audit purposes.
