Shaping the future of healthcare in the Saskatchewan Health Authority. 

1. Strategic Stewardship & Alignment

• Collaborate to champion and integrate system-wide strategic priorities, creating a clear connection from vision to action.
• Respond to system needs and steward strategic priorities.
• Facilitate consistent, province wide policy development.
• Embed enterprise risk management practices to support strategic objectives.
• Translate evidence and best practice into actionable system-level alignment and standardization.

2. Innovation & System Design

• Foster a culture of innovation that connects ideas with operational realities.
• Co-design service planning models that are scalable and replicable.
• Build the “machinery” for seamless pathway and network development across the health system.

3. Collaboration & Partnership

• Create meaningful spaces for purposeful engagement and collective action.
• Facilitate partnerships to leverage shared expertise, resources, and change capacity.
• Provide wrap-around support and coaching to enable collaborative problem-solving, planning, and implementation.

4. Capacity Building & Knowledge Enablement

• Strengthen data literacy to foster shared purpose, strategic sense-making, and storytelling through data.
• Align data to create clarity and insight in complex environments.
• Grow organizational capacity for transformation through structures, processes, resources, and change leadership.

Planning, Performance Measurement, Policy Development, Enterprise Risk Management, Large Scale Change, Provincial Clinical Networks, Service Planning, Pathway Development, SHA Innovates, Project Stewardship
