Provincial Clinical Networks
Connecting expertise. Improving care. Accelerating system learning.
Provincial Clinical Networks (PCNs) bring people together who would otherwise be working in silos — patient and family partners, clinicians, and operational leaders— to focus on shared clinical areas that matter most for the people of Saskatchewan.
Each network provides a structured way to align expertise, coordinate resources, and turn insight into system-level improvement. PCNs are not new programs or service lines; they’re collaboration frameworks that help existing teams work together toward consistent, high-quality, and equitable care.
Every Provincial Clinical Network follows a consistent cycle of planning, action, and reflection to ensure that progress is measurable and learning is shared across the province. Through this process, networks strengthen relationships, build evidence, and create practical solutions that improve care and system performance.
SHA Innovates, part of Strategy & Innovation, provides stewardship and facilitation support throughout each PCN’s lifecycle — helping teams connect the dots between strategy, operations, and patient impact.
