Step 1.

2. Webex for group patient/public education
The Saskatchewan Health Authority is recommending Webex as the virtual patient/ public education option for those health care providers conducting group patient education, public education or group support virtually. Webex meetings/events/training is SHA's approved videoconferencing software solution for face-to-face collaboration with patient groups using a PC, laptop, tablet or mobile device. eHealth Saskatchewan (eHS) assigns accounts and provides Webex support. This education must not involve specific patient data sharing but is intended for general education information only. Pexip is the SHA approved application for any patient-facing appointments or groups that require sharing of specific patient information.

- Complete the
Webex Account Request Form.
- eHS service desk will create the account and send an email with your username/password and instructions to activate your account.
- Included in this email will be information and training material to better assist you in using this application.
