Therapies - Community Therapy and Outpatient Therapy Programs
Therapy services are provided by registered health professionals including physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech language pathologists. Therapists provide assessment and treatment to enhance and restore functional abilities and quality of life.
Therapists work with people:
- across the lifespan from infants to older adults
- who are experiencing medical conditions, developmental delays, injuries, or disease processes that result in pain and/or disability, or limit participation in activities
- to rehabilitate, to restore function and to adapt to changes in function
