Can I arrange my visit ahead of time?
Yes. Scheduling visits with the care team ahead of time is helpful and encouraged. Please contact your care team.
Do I have to wear a mask in a SHA facility?
Yes. Medical grade masks are required in all SHA facilities, except Long Term Care (LTC). Refusal to wear a mask may result in being denied access to the facility. To keep all residents safe in SHA LTC, we encourage family and visitors to wear a mask indoors when a physical distance of two-metres cannot be maintained.
Who can I contact if I don't agree with a decision made about family presence?

Who can I contact with questions about First Nations and Métis Health care?
First Nations and Métis Health concerns can be submitted via your local Quality of Care Coordinator.
