Virtual Mental Health and Addictions Services
Virtual Mental Health and Addictions Services (MHAS) provide convenient, confidential access to care from your home or community. Through phone, video, and online platforms, individuals can connect with a range of supports including counselling, therapy, addiction treatment, peer support, and educational resources.
These services are available province-wide and are designed to reduce barriers such as travel, wait times, and accessibility. Whether you are seeking support for mental health concerns, substance use, grief, or life transitions, virtual options help ensure timely care when and where you need it.
