The Saskatchewan Health Authority is committed to providing accurate, reliable information about the availability of health services across the province, including emergency services. 
 
Starting in early November, all emergency service disruptions, regardless of their length, will be posted publicly on the SHA website, with updates occurring daily at 4:00 p.m., seven days a week. 
 
The SHA facilities and locations directory will also include a disclaimer when a site is affected, linking directly to the community’s emergency room service disruption notice. 
 
In any life-and-death emergency situation, 911 should always be called so paramedics can assess, treat, and transport the patient to the nearest location where the patient can receive further medical attention.
