Provides specialized support in the areas of: 

• transitioning home from the hospital or detox,
• follow-up support as requested by psychiatry,
• crisis intervention, and
• support from the Regina City Police. 

Team members include staff from a variety of health-care disciplines including psychiatry, nursing, social work, police, and support staff. They provide short-term intensive support while connecting individuals to longer-term services or until stabilized.
