Regina Chronic Pain Clinic
The Regina Chronic Pain Clinic is a multidisciplinary team caring for people living with chronic pain. The team includes physicians, nurse practitioners, a registered psychiatric nurse, a social worker, pharmacists, licensed practical nurses, exercise therapists and other health-care providers. The team works with a patient's family doctor or referring practitioner to provide treatment and support which may include interventional pain medicine, pain medication prescriptions or changes to prescriptions, mental health support, exercise therapy and traditional Indigenous medicine. Once a safe care plan is in place, care is transferred to primary care provider(s). The clinic does not provide acute care for mental health or medical emergencies.

USask Chronic Pain Clinic (formerly MAC iOPS) (Saskatoon)
The USask Chronic Pain Clinic provides tailored, person-centered care for people living with chronic pain who live anywhere in Saskatchewan. The team has training and experience in chronic pain care and includes pharmacists, a physician, medical social workers and physical therapists. Virtual and in person appointments are both available. Group education and support sessions are offered on a regular basis to complement the individual appointments. The team will work with the referring health-care professionals to provide support and to implement any medication changes.

Referral: Referrals are accepted from any health-care provider. Self-referrals are accepted too, but have access to only certain clinic services (contact the clinic directly for details).
