Role overview
Patient Partner - help guide the design and completion of our patient centered research focusing on evaluation of wait time differences between males and females presenting to Emergency Departments in Saskatchewan, in the context of abdominal/pelvic concerns.
Required knowledge, experience, skills
We are hoping for patients to share their lived experience - regardless of their background. Therefore, if you have experience with abdominal or pelvic pain, or have visited the ER for a concern along those lines, we are happy to have you apply. We are happy to have you as involved in the project as you'd like.Time commitment
At minimum, a few hours every 3-6 months to participate in meetings and help guide study design - but if you want to be more involved, you can be!

What can you expect from the research team?
We will support and help teach you the research method as much as you'd like! We are also applying for honoraria to help compensate you for your time.
