Role overview
We are interested in your thoughts on pediatric walking assessment in Saskatchewan. We want to hear your experiences to identify the barriers and service gaps in Saskatchewan and preferences of patients and their families for the development of walking assessment services across the province. If you would like to share your thoughts and experiences, we welcome you to complete a short, online survey.
Required knowledge, experience, skills
We are recruiting families or support persons of children living with a disability, injury, or diagnosis that causes a walking impairment, which may be permanent or temporary. Individuals with lived experience of having difficulties walking as a child for a least 3 months are also invited to share their experiences.Time commitment
Complete a 15 to 20 minute long online survey. All responses are anonymous. Once you open the survey link, you will have 12 hours to complete the survey before the link expires.
