Role overview
We are looking for caregiver patient partners for a grant application to the Saskatchewan Health Research Foundation Solutions program. Our proposed project is a social connection intervention project for caregivers. Our patient partners will support the application, and if we are successful, help us adapt an existing intervention that we developed for caregivers of persons living with dementia to a wider caregiving population. We will form a steering committee of stakeholders, including patient partners, which will meet on a regular basis (to be determined, but likely once a month) to work on the adaptation. The project is projected to last two years, from March 2027 to February 2029, plus the time leading up to the application which is due on November 5, 2026.
