The Saskatchewan Health Authority Patient Booking System is the fastest way to book an Influenza and/or COVID-19 appointment, Lab and/or electrocardiogram (ECG) and is available 24/7.

Please note: Telephone assistance to book appointments with the Saskatchewan Patient Booking System is available Monday through Friday 8:45 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. and closed all Statutory holidays. Online bookings are available 24/7.
Services Available through the Online Patient System Booking
You can use this site to book appointments for:
- Immunizations – Influenza and COVID-19 for eligible persons
- Lab – Blood and/or urine collection, glucose tolerance testing
- ECG – If your location does not appear in this option, contact us at 1-833-727-5829
- Lab/ECG – If your location does not appear in this option, contact us at 1-833-727-5829
- Follow-up appointments, cancel appointments, reschedule appointments
Before you book
- You will need a valid health card (enter number exactly as shown on card, do not use Saskatchewan or SK as your number)
- Out of province, military and temporary immigration cards are also accepted (enter number exactly as shown on card)
- A cell phone number or email address where notifications will be sent
- Ensure you read through the consent pages before proceeding to the next step
- If you require extra time for your lab appointment (e.g. have mobility issues, require accommodation for disabilities, prefer to lay down etc.), select the checkbox on the booking page indicating that extra time is needed
