Rosetown and District Primary Care Centre moving to new location April 1, 2026
The Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA) is assuming operation of the Rosetown and District Primary Care Centre and will be relocating the clinic to the Rosetown and District Health Centre on April 1, 2026.
This initiative will provide patients in Rosetown and the surrounding area access to an integrated team of primary health care providers, reflecting the SHA’s commitment to ensuring timely, equitable, and safe care as close to home as possible.
Effective April 1, patients of the Rosetown and District Primary Care Centre will access all primary health care services at 409 Highway 4 North in Rosetown. After this date, patients can book appointments by calling 306-882-4620. Existing patients will still be able to book appointments with their primary care provider.
Co-locating primary health care services in a single integrated location brings enhanced team-based care closer to home and helps streamline access to health services and care coordination for patients in Rosetown and the surrounding area.
All staff and primary care providers currently employed with the primary care centre will transition to SHA effective April 1, 2026.
SHA extends its gratitude to the Town of Rosetown for their years of dedicated and collaborative operation of the clinic.
